This large maisonette is located very close to the beach & restaurants, convenience shops & public transport. All rooms are spacious with excess of natural light. There is a private central courtyard & a sunny roof terrace with self irrigated plants & outdoor furniture. Sea can be seen from balconies. The rooms have air-conditioners for heating & cooling.

Kitchen has Fans, Air-conditioning, fridge/freezer, gas oven, kettle, toaster and Smart LED TV (No cable or antenna). Number of board games children DVDs and books are freely available.
Two bedrooms are spacious, one with double bed the other with 2 single beds. Both bedroom have an air-conditioner. Main bathroom has shower, toilet and two wash hand basins and a washing machine. Hot water available in kitchen sink and bathroom.
